and in a timely manner. All purchases made on this website
are subject to the following return/exchange policy:
Please open and inspect all of your orders upon
receipt. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
must be authorized by our Customer Service Department, call
1.877.840.9700. Return time is 7 business days within delivery
of order. Shipping charges, engraved plates, plaques, Lucite
awards and glass items are non refundable.
With most of the product on this website being custom tailored
to the individual, returns will be limited. In some cases
we may be able to accept the product back and only charge
for the engraving and a re-stocking fee. Most of the engraving
permanently marks the piece which then cannot be re-used.
In these cases no returns will be issued.

If you want to exchange an item you purchased
from us, we will pay the return shipping charges within the
guidelines set forth below. Just follow these steps:
- Submit your return shipping exchange request by completing the form found at this link.
- We will review your request and if within these guidelines, we will send you an email authorizing your free return shipping exchange. Our response will include a pre-printed, pre-paid UPS shipping form for you to print out. Please note you will need to have an ink-jet or laser printer attached to your PC to print out this form.
- Using the UPS shipping form we provide, take the package to your nearest UPS location to ship the merchandise back to us. Shipping costs will be pre-paid.
Once we receive the item you've returned and have confirmed it complies with our return policy, we'll ship out your exchange as quickly as possible.
Free Return Shipping Limitations
- Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition with all tags attached. Returns for an exchange will not be accepted if they show signs of wear, are soiled or appear to have been washed.
- The original packaging must be returned with the item(s) and that packaging must be in-tact. Do not ship items back to us only in the original box. Instead, place the box inside another box to protect the original packaging from damage during shipment.
- Free return shipping is limited to product exchanges (not refunds) and are limited to one per customer per 30 days.
- Closeout items or specially priced items do not qualify for free return shipping.
