How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every attempt to handle your order as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Standard delivery method is UPS ground to 50 states. Delivery time depends on your location. Ground transit times are quoted in business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays), and actual delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the item(s) you order. Some items may ship direct to you from various locations throughout the USA. Standard delivery method for International orders is USPS. Again, delivery time depends on you location & shipping options chosen during checkout.

What is your return policy?
Please open and inspect all of your orders upon receipt. All
orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be authorized
by our Customer Service Department, call 1.877.840.9700. Return
time is 7 business days within delivery of order. Shipping
charges, engraved plates, plaques, Lucite awards and glass
items are non refundable.
With most of the product on this website being custom tailored
to the individual, returns will be limited. In some cases
we may be able to accept the product back and only charge
for the engraving and a re-stocking fee. Most of the engraving
permanently marks the piece which then cannot be re-used.
In these cases no returns will be issued. .

How do I return an item to BuyAwardsandTrophies.com?

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: As soon as you
return your item to us and it's received in our system, we
will immediately send a refund request to your bank. Please
note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our
account, some banks are taking as long as a week to process
and post these refunds to their customers' accounts.

How do I receive a quote?
Email us, and include the product #, quantity,
size, color, logo/artwork, shipping address, and any other
necessary information.

What is the best format for a logo or art work being sent?
AI, CDR, or EPS at the highest quality available (300 dpi preferred)
preferably in black and white. If the design is going to be
in multiple colors please send in full color. A JPEG file
can be viewed, but will not be acceptable for engraving products.
We will only use perfectly clean art to give you the highest
quality finished product possible.
Preferred Files:
Acceptable files include vector - .EPS, .AI, .CDR or similar
files that are created in
Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, or Corel Draw.
Information Regarding Digital Artwork:
If digital artwork is provided and is in the wrong format,
production delays may occur.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the
artwork format you want to use.

How can I submint my engraving information?

Emailing Engraving Information:
Type the text you wish to use in the box next to the product.
Review your engraving information carefully and accurately.
Faxing Engraving Information:
To avoid costly errors, we highly recommend you submit engraving
via email.
After Sending Digital Files:
We accept EPS, JPEG, TIFF files- Adobe Illustrator or EPS
preferred
Art Approval via E-mail:
We will e-mail your logo/text proof to you for approval. Your
art approval must be received ASAP to ensure on-time delivery.
Logo orders will not ship without approval.

What do I need to know about engraving medals?
Most engravings on medals are processed on “Separate Plates”
with an adhesive backing. Our adhesive engraving plate saves
cost to our customers by having the option to add a new name
or change names when needed just by re-ordering new engraving
plates only. If additional medals are not needed, just adhere
a new engraving plate.
Plates are Silver or Gold depending on the color of the medal.
Most of our medals are available in Gold, Silver & Bronze
Finishes.
